Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

The short version
- We collect what you type into the quote form, and nothing else about you.
- We use it to quote your job and to do the work. That is the whole purpose.
- We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
What we collect
- What you give us on the quote form: your name, phone number, email if you choose to add one, the address or cross streets of the property, what you need doing, and whatever you write in the details box.
- Whether you ticked the text consent box. Recorded as its own fact, with the date, because consent has to be provable.
- Ordinary web logs kept by our host, such as IP address and browser, for security and to keep the site working.
We do not ask for and have no use for payment card details, social security numbers, or anything about your household beyond what the driveway needs.
Why we have it
To price your job, to turn up on the right day at the right address, and to answer you when you ask us something. Nothing on this site is funded by advertising and we have no reason to profile you.
Who sees it
The two of us who run the business, and the services we use to run it: our website host, our email provider, and our text messaging provider. They process it on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We would hand over information if the law required it. Short of that, nobody else gets it.
Texting
Covered in full in our text message terms, including how the opt-in works and how to stop. The short version: the checkbox is separate and unticked, and STOP works on any message.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while the job is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, because sealcoating is a repeat job on a three to five year cycle and it helps to know what was done last time. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it, and we will.
- Reply STOP to any text and the texting stops.

Children
This is a service for property owners. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this changes we will change the date at the top. The promises about not selling your information and not sharing your mobile number are not the kind of thing we intend to change.
